About KASANA
Ana is the founder and
owner of KASANA. She has
an education in Hospitality Administration and Marketing, with an
extensive background as an artist.
Born to an Italian Father and a
Spanish Mother, Ana was exposed to a wide variety of cooking styles
since her childhood.
Her own cooking has been influenced by having lived in Argentina,
Brazil, and the United States, as well as her trips to Chile, France,
Germany, Portugal, and Spain.
