**Rosemary and Lemon Chicken Kabobs
Organic rosemary and organic lemon will infuse the free range (no antibiotics) hen meat overnight. Skewers will be arranged with marinated chicken, organic peaches, organic onions and organic cherry tomatoes and drizzled with the rosemary glaze and cooked on the grill. The skewers will be served on a bed of home grown and organic micro greens with shaved Manchego peach aioli.
**Flank Steak a la Pizza
Grass fed and milk tenderized flank steak cooked on the grill and served with roasted organic red peppers and Amish Gorgonzola Cheese. Entremesse with organic red potatoes and figs glaze.

Celebrate and enjoy the fireworks on the green rooftop of Core / El Centro.
Beginning with an appetizer and a glass of wine, guests will then sit to enjoy
a 3 course grilled dining experience. Your night will be crowned with fireworks,
sangria, dessert trays, music and dancing to a DJ under the stars.
A gorgeous community table will be set up with tablecloths, china, silverware,
glasses, napkins and flower arrangements by Michael Gaffney (Celebrity flower
designer, doing the Emmy’s this year!). Flower arrangements and candles will
be auctioned and proceeds will go directly to Core / El Centro. This is a great
opportunity to learn about the amazing programs Core / El Centro’s offers.
