A dinner created by KASANA should not be enjoyed while sitting in front of the TV. But hey, you can do that with the leftovers.


Self Service Salad Bar:
*Ana's Potato Salad - Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans, Walnuts and Mayonnaise
*Smoked Salmon Riellette - Salmon, Butter and Dill on a bed of Garbanzo Beans
*Stylish Salad -
Green and Rose Lettuce Bed with Dry Cranberries, Blue Cheese and Walnut Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic

First Course:
*Spicy Pumpkin Soup
or
*Sweet Leaks and Peas Cream Soup
or
*Baby Shrimp, Beer and Cream Consommé

Second Course:
*White Fish Roll Over -
Crab Meat and Mascarpone Cheese with Spinach Cakes or
* 1/4 Pesto Roasted Chicken with Ana's Potatoes Puree,
or
*Flank Steak Rottollo, with Prosciutto, carrots and garlic served with Roasted Veggies

Dessert:
*Ana’s Tiramisu, or
*Crème Brule Mélange, with Raspberries and Mascarpone Rose Water Whip. 

 
To plan a Dinner
Minimum of 10 guests, includes choice of; salad, first course, second course, and dessert, plus rolls and specialty butter.
Price suggested: $38.50 per person
 

**Extra charge for delivery, table decoration, flowers and serving.

Set up, service and clean up priced upon request. (hours of work, location, transportation, etc., to be determined with client)
