Kasana Concierge Gourmet celebrates its 4th pop-up dinner with Great Lakes Distillery! A gourmet, six-course menu infused with spirits will be paired with unique cocktails crafted by GLD's own mixologist. The banquet style dinner will be positioned in the midst of the Distillery's operations providing a unique opportunity for guests to gather and share an evening of food and spirits. One of our special guests for the evening will be documentary filmmaker, Janet Fitch. The Reception entertainment will be provided by local musician and composer Allen Cote, dancers will tie courses together with interlude performances, Ana Docta of Kasana will take you through each course, and Great Lake's Jason Neu will complement each course with specially crafted cocktails. Warm up your winter chills with this season's Winter Spirits.

** Fish Pate

Served in iced Rehorst Premium Milwaukee Gin and

garlic flavored iced cube with a Potato Parmesan Crust

Mandioca and lots of Manchego Cheese Small Bread
with Rose Petals Chipotle Balsamic Glaze

Pairing Cocktail: Rehorst Vodka infused with lemon zest, thyme, black pepper, served ice cold with dry ice

First Course

*** White Spirits Fondue

Three Cheeses and Great Lakes Distillery Kirsch served with Octopus,
Romaine Lettuce, Cauliflower, Cute Red Potatoes, and French Baguette

Pairing Cocktail: GLD Kirsch stirred with house made dry vermouth and a dash of lemon, served up and garnished with pickled asparagus

Palate cleanser - **Peach and Rehorst Premium Milwaukee Vodka Granita

Second Course

*** Cold Sweet and Savory Salad

Iceberg Lettuce Envelopes with Sweet Caramelized Pumpkin,
Rehorst Kinnickinnic Whiskey marinated Cranberries and Vanilla infused Vinaigrette

Pairing Cocktail: Rehorst Vodka and a dash of Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verte, served on the rocks with a sliced fennel, fresh juiced celery, and a bit of vanilla cream. Topped with a splash of seltzer

Third Course

*** Lamb Cottellete with Orange Juice and Rehorst Pear Brandy Glaze

with Sweet Roaring Dan's Rum Lentil Stew with Caramelized Pancetta

Pairing Cocktail: Kinnickinnic Whiskey Manhattan with house made orange zest,

and cinnamon sweet vermouth, garnished with mint
